Traffic tickets can be a financial burden for many people. However, finances are just part of the problem when one considers the demerit points and sometimes legalities associated with several types of these tickets. Understandably, many people seek the opportunity to either lessen the fine or have them dismissed altogether.
Most traffic tickets fall under two categories and they are moving violations and non-moving violations. • Passing another vehicle illegally
• Driving in a carpool lane illegally
• Failure to yield the right of way
• Reckless driving
