John V. Scatuorchio is a criminal defense & personal injury attorney in the Central Florida area. Mr. Scatuorchio practices in both Circuit and County court and handles cases ranging from Misdemeanors all the way up to serious Life Felonies. He is well versed and experienced in cases involving DUI, Firearm Offenses, Assault and Battery, Violations of Probation, Possession and/or Trafficking Drugs, Theft, Sex Crimes, Manslaughter/Homicide, Juvenile Offenses, Traffic Related Cases, and Injunctions to only name a few. Further, he represents clients for personal injuries sustained as a result of someone else’s negligence statewide. His personal injury practice ranges from motor vehicle accident cases, slip & fall claims, premises liability claims, dog bite injuries, wrongful death and more.

With his wide versatility, Mr. Scatuorchio treats every case with the highest level of attention and care. Mr. Scatuorchio does this as many of his clients are going through some of the most traumatic events of their lives. Mr. Scatuorchio is a multi-generational Floridian and graduate from the Florida State University. Mr. Scatuorchio attended Barry Law School on scholarship. Before joining the Ladan Law Firm, Mr. Scatuorchio was an Attorney at another prominent local law firm specializing in Criminal Defense and Family Law. It was here that he honed his skills of negotiation, litigation, and his zealous style of advocacy.

Mr. Scatuorchio is currently a member of the Orange County Bar Association and the Central Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Mr. Scatuorchio also practices in U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida.
